Lauren Ash-Morgan is the Founding Co-Artistic Director of the new theatre company Speech of Fire and served as the Artistic Director of Seoul Shakespeare Company (SSC) from 2014 until 2019. She had been an actor as well as a board member of SSC from 2011. When she was the Artistic Director of SSC she was also the company's producer costume/set designer writer/music director as well as a text coach. The last year of her tenure, she was a director and lighting designer for SSC's King Lear. She had been directing from the group, but the year that she made her directorial debut. Personally, Post was previously engaged to Stephen Knox. Michael A. Ross has been her husband and co-writer since 1982. They have two daughters. Post is a wonderful actress, a wonderful wife and mom and a role model for several Hollywood celebrities.
